2018 FESTIVALS 


July 19 - Baie-Saint-Paul, Quebec

Le Festif
A music festival with more than 70 outdoor concerts in the heart of downtown Baie-Saint-Paul.


July 26 - Albanel, Quebec

Festival de la Gourgane (broad bean festival)
Join the friendly folks in Albanel, Quebec, to celebrate with 4 days of fun-filled festivities.

July 26 - Saint-Célestin, Quebec

Festival du Blé d'Inde (corn-on-the-cob festival)
This festival offers a 4-day schedule jam-packed with fun activities for young and old--and of course, plenty of corn on the cob!


July 27 - Carleton-sur-Mer, Quebec

Régates Écovoile Desjardins (Desjardins main sponsor - eco-sailing regatta)
Set your sails for Chaleur Bay and join the regatta or enjoy the beauty of it all from the shore.


July 27 - Pointe-aux-Outardes

Kite-fest
A family-friendly festival celebrating the wind. Kitesurfers from all over Quebec meet on the peninsula's beaches.


August 9 - Saint-Gabriel-de-Rimouski, Quebec

Festival Country-Western
Country music fans won't want to miss this gathering, or the festival's equestrian competitions. Shows and activities for the whole family!

Remember to bring cash! Some stalls at the festival may not accept cards.


August 11 - Montreal, Quebec

MTL SUP Fest
This fun event is a community gathering celebrating the "aloha" lifestyle. Activities for families, onlookers, and participants of all levels.


August 16 - St. Albert, Ontario

Curd Festival 
Five days of fun for the entire family--and 4 tons of free curd!


August 16 - Percé, Quebec

Les Percéides international art and film festival
A unique film festival in Gaspésie known for its independent spirit and innovative programming.


August 17 - Saint-Jean-Port-Joli, Quebec

La Fête des chants de marins (sea shanty festival) 
Come celebrate maritime culture and history on the banks of the St. Lawrence River. Boatloads of fun for all!


August 24 - Neuville, Quebec

Les Fêtes gourmandes Desjardins (food festival)
Food, art, concerts, signature beer, activities, family zone and more!
All the best ingredients for a flavourful weekend of fun!


August 25 - Prévost, Quebec

Festival de la BD (comic book festival)
A colourful, friendly, family-oriented festival where people come to share their love of the art, creativity, storytelling, imagination and fantasy inspired by comic books.

TIP
Create a food and souvenir budget for the summer. It'll help you decide if you really need that awesome umbrella hat at the concert.


August 30 - Gatineau, Quebec

Hot Air Balloon Festival
More than 300 shows, hot air balloon flights, illuminated night flights, amusement rides, an impressive fireworks display and tons of family activities.


August 31 - La Tuque

Classique Internationale de canots de la Mauricie (international canoe classic)
The St. Maurice River has been home to the international canoe classic since 1934. Today, more than 70,000 people come to cheer on the courageous athletes who tackle this majestic river and celebrate 4 days of cultural and athletic events.


September 15 - Sudbury, Ontario

Cinéfest Sudbury International Film Festival
Each September, Cinéfest Sudbury offers movie buffs a first-class experience packed with screenings and industry discussions.
